Jeffrey C. DiPaolo, M.D.
Dr. DiPaolo graduated maxima cum laud from La Salle College and with AOA honors from Thomas Jefferson Medical School.
Dr. DiPaolo completed a two year Neuroradiology fellowship at the University of Michigan. Dr. DiPaolo is board-certified in diagnostic radiology and neuroradiology. He is a senior member of the American Society of Neuroradiology. He is also a member of the American Society of Spine Radiology, American Roentgen Ray Society and a Physician member of the American College of Sports Medicine.
Robert A. Monaco, M.D.
Dr. Monaco was the Chairman of the Department of Radiology at the Ocean Medical Center for over 20 years. He graduated from the New Jersey College of Medicine and completed his radiology residency at that institution. He completed his fellowship in Nuclear Medicine at New York University Hospital.
He is a board member of the Radiological Society of New Jersey and has been a board member of the Mid-Coastal IPA since its inception.

Michael I. Unterman, M.D.
Dr. Unterman is the Chairman of the Department of Radiology at the Ocean Medical Center. He has completed his Diagnostic Radiology residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York. He also completed a fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology and Body Imaging at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York. He is a graduate of New York Medical College in New York and State University of New York at New Paltz. Dr. Unterman graduated Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Unterman has been a Diagnostic and Vascular and Interventional Radiologist at Ocean Medical Center in New Jersey for the past 31 years.
Dr. Unterman has served as the Chairman of the Medical Education Committee and as Chairman of the Meridian Radiology Steering Committee. He presently serves on the Medical Executive Committee at Ocean Medical Center, Quality Improvement and Outcomes Committee at Ocean Medical Center, and is also on the Radiology Steering Committee of the five hospitals of Meridian Health System.
He has been Physician of the Year two times. He was board certified in Diagnostic Radiology in 1983 and has received added qualifications in Vascular and Interventional Radiology in 1997. He is a licensed Physician and Surgeon in the states of New York and New Jersey, and is a diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners. He is a member of the Radiological Society of North America and the American College of Radiology.
Charlee Feeney, D.O.
A proud lifelong resident of New Jersey, Dr. Feeney completed her residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Morristown Memorial Hospital after attending Villanova University and Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Feeney completed her fellowship in Neuroradiology with special interest in Head and Neck Radiology at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City. She is licensed in New Jersey and New York, and is a member of the Radiological Society of North America and the American College of Radiology. When away from the office, Dr. Feeney enjoys the time she spends with her loving husband and three young children.
David Feng, M.D.
Dr. Feng graduated from McGill University in Montreal Canada. He completed both his residency in Diagnostic Radiology and his fellowship in Vascular & Interventional Radiology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Feng has been published in numerous peer-reviewed journals, and is a two-time recipient of the Ocean Medical Center Physician of the Year Award. In addition to Interventional Radiology, Dr. Feng specializes in Vascular Imaging, and is routinely consulted by the referring vascular surgeons for his expertise. He is licensed in New Jersey and North Carolina.
Patrick O'Connor, D.O./PhD
Dr. O’Connor completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Morristown Memorial Hospital, NJ. He then performed a fellowship in body imaging at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. Dr. O’Connor’s sub specialty interests include; advanced body MRI protocols, PET/CT, mammography, and musculoskeletal imaging. Dr. O’Connor is licensed in New Jersey and New York, and is a member of the Radiological Society of North America and the American College of Radiology.
Harshada Thaker, M.D.
Dr. Thaker considers herself very fortunate to learn Musculoskeletal MRI from Javier Beltran, M.D. and complete her one-year Musculoskeletal Fellowship at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY.
Dr. Thaker completed her Residency in Radiology at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital, affiliated with Albert Einstein Medical Center, in Bronx, NY and her Nuclear Medicine Residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, MI. Dr. Thaker is Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine.
Dr. Thaker is licensed in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, and is a member of both the Radiological Society of North America and the American College of Radiology. Dr. Thaker is blessed with two children and a caring husband.
